This challenge entry is for anyone in this group who can draw:
What is either an herb or shrub in this Earth is a tree on Great Lakes Earth, and what is a tree in this Earth is either an herb or shrub on Great Lakes Earth. If you are interested, Note me and I will tell you which species to draw. If it were a tree, I'd like to see not only what it'd look like, but what it'd look like in all four seasons, its flowers, its fruit, its bark. If it were an herb or a shrub, pretty much the same thing, though not on the wood.

This is actually my first contest feature, so let's make this easy and tell me a little bit about yourself. Write me an essay on what your strengths are in regards to worldbuilding or speculative evolution (which is a part of worldbuilding, but splitting it for clarity's sake) and how, therefore, you can contribute to the creation of Great Lakes Earth.
James Gurney, the creator of Dinotopia, had this to say: "A sandbox is much more fun if you share it with others." Great Lakes Earth is my creati
